30 DAY RETURNS AND SIZE EXCHANGES
Platts Surfwear wants to ensure our Customers love their products! We are committed to working to resolve any issues that may unfortunately arise with a Platts purchase.
If you receive a Platts item that you are unhappy with for any reason, please contact us within 10 days*, and we will work to resolve the concern or refund the item.

Items that need to be refunded need to be done within 10 days* of proof of purchase.
We will happily exchange sizes of items that are returned to us in the same condition they left our store, with labels still attached.
OUR RETURN POLICY
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase and in the original packaging, containing all the original swing tags.
- We do not provide a refund of the original postage, and your return postage is at your expense unless the goods are faulty. We will ship your exchange back to you for free.
- We suggest using Registered Post with tracking, as Platts can take no responsibility for lost or missing returned orders.
- Our policy only lasts 10 days*. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- You can choose between a refund, exchange, or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different from the product purchased on the website.
